A lot of fitness goals involve some time to restructure your eating habits.
We can't tell you exactly what to eat - but we have three suggestions:
- This may seem odd, but the Brazilian food guide is receiving rave reviews from globally noted nutritionists. It can be downloaded here. A Google search will reveal several articles pointing-out the issues surrounding the Canadian and American food guides, plus the strengths of Brazils.
- Read the Canada Food Guide. There is a lot of information, but with some well-noted issues, on a variety of nutrition topics, available here. A summary of the issues surrounding this guide can be found here.
